75 Medium

I’ve always been intrigued by the structure and discipline of challenges like 75 Hard—but let’s be real: life is too complex for all-or-nothing rules. That’s why I created my own version: a modified 75 Medium challenge that suits my needs. It keeps the accountability and intention, but softens the edges so it’s actually doable—and enjoyable—for my real life.

My version isn’t about punishment or perfection. It’s about consistency, self-respect, and daily effort in a way that supports my mental and physical well-being.

And no, we’re not doing progress photos.
For me, this challenge is about how I feel, not how I look. Progress photos can easily become a trap—fueling body comparison, perfectionism, or self-criticism that has nothing to do with true health. I’m more interested in building habits that nourish my energy, mindset, and confidence from the inside out.

This challenge isn’t about transforming my life overnight. It’s about showing up for myself with gentle discipline and building habits that last longer than 75 days. No extremes, no burnout—just progress I can feel proud of.

Because of who I am as a person, I made myself (and by extension, you) a 75 Medium tracker. It’s formatted to 7x7 for my fellow square journal queens!

Below is a link to download my 75 Medium tracker! (Don’t worry, it’s free!)
