What Is 75 Modified?
75 Modified is a customizable version of the popular 75 Hard challenge, designed to help you show up for yourself in a sustainable way. It takes the spirit of the original (discipline, growth, accountability) but leaves behind the rigidity. This version invites you to define what challenge means for your current season.
What's Inside the Free Template
This blank template gives you space to design:
Up to 5 daily tasks of your choosing
Checkboxes for all 75 days to track your consistency
A section for “rules” or guiding principles (think: no perfectionism, rest counts, no doubling up, etc.)
A section for Bonus Points aka your mini-goals for the challenge!
Whether you’re focusing on hydration, decluttering, journaling, walking, screen time boundaries, or something else entirely — the template helps you build a challenge that’s tough enough to feel proud of, but flexible enough to not burn you out.
How to Use It
Print it out or fill it in digitally. Stick it somewhere visible. This could be your fridge, planner, or even your phone wallpaper.
Choose your 4-5 daily actions. These can be habits you want to build, practices you want to return to, or new challenges to try.
Commit to your version. This isn’t about willpower, it’s about creating structure that supports your well-being.
Track your progress. Use the daily checkboxes to mark off completed days. No guilt if you miss a box! Just reflect, adjust, and keep going.
Why Modify 75 Hard?
